GUIDELINES FOR NEW ADMISSION
ACADEMIC SESSION – 2022 – 2023
Parents seeking admission for their children should note the following to avoid any inconvenience:-
- Eligibility Criteria
- The age limit for the admission in class shall be according to the rules and norms of the government. Admission shall be made according to the availability of the seats in the concerned class.
- Admission Form/ the Registration Form shall be filled in by the parents online at the school website (www.mgchss.edu.in)
- Duly filled in Registration Form/Admission Form and other relevant documents, certificates must be submitted in the school office on or before 11-06-2022 .
- (Office time:- 09: 00 am to 01:00 pm)
- Any change in the date and time of submission of admission form/registration form in any case will not be entertained. Admission form/registration form will not be accepted after the above mentioned date and time.
- While registering for admission parents need to pay a sum of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) as registration fee.
- This amount is to be paid online and will be Non-Refundable.
- Decision of the school management will be final regarding the Selection and Admission of a child.
- Mere Registration alone does not guarantee admission. Incomplete registration form/admission form or failure in the submission of necessary documents/certificates on expected time will thereby lead to the cancellation of admission.
Note:-
- The original certificates are to be on hand for verification at the time of counseling for admission,.
- Parents of the candidate must submit the correct details about the Name, Surname, Date of Birth of the candidate, the caste the candidate belongs to; Name, Surname of the Father; and the Name, Surname of the Mother.
- Alterations in the Name, Surname, and Date of Birth (Date/Month/Year), caste of the student; Name, Surname of the Father or the Name, Surname of the Mother at a later stage will not be possible.
- Documents once submitted along with the registration form/admission form will not be returned.
